Microsites.AI is one of TOL's products. When you ask us to prepare a preview of your site or get in touch, TOL Inc. is the data controller for the information you share.

When you use the “see what we'd build” form, we collect only what we need to prepare a preview and reply to you:

• Your current website — the URL, if you have one, so we can see what you have today.
• Your email address — so we can send you the preview and reply to you.
• Your business name and any notes you add about what you do.

We also collect basic, privacy-friendly analytics as you browse — pages visited, rough location and the kind of device you're on — so we can see what's working and fix what isn't. We don't build advertising profiles.

We use your details for two things, and nothing more:

• To prepare a previewof the website we'd build for your business.
• To contact you about that preview and answer your questions.

We use analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing.

Under the UK GDPR, we rely on our legitimate intereststo respond to your enquiry and prepare the preview you've asked for — a purpose you would reasonably expect when you submit the form. Where we use non-essential cookies or analytics, we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Your details sit in our leads CRM, operated by TOL Inc., and are handled by the small team working on Microsites.AI. We use a few trusted providers to run the service — for hosting, email and analytics — and they only process your data on our instructions.

We never sell your data, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We keep your enquiry for as long as we're in conversation, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, so we can pick up where we left off. After that we delete it, unless you become a customer — in which case we keep what we need to provide the service. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.

TOL Inc. and some of our providers are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where your data is transferred abroad, we rely on safeguards approved under the UK GDPR — such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision — so it stays protected.

You can ask us, at any time, to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Correctanything that's wrong or out of date.
• Delete your data.
• Object toor restrict how we use it, and withdraw any consent you've given.

To exercise any of these, email hello@microsites.ai and we'll sort it out, usually within a month. If you think we've got something wrong, you can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We keep cookies to a minimum. A few are essential — they keep the site working and remember your choices. We also use a small set of analytics cookies to understand how the site is used, which run only with your consent. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time.

As Microsites.AIgrows, we may update this policy. When we do, we'll revise the date at the top of the page, and for anything significant we'll make the change clear.
